Windows 8 Project Call @MIC Brussels - Kick-off

MIC Brussels is launching a call for projects to build Windows 8 Apps. We are looking for companies, developers, startups and students to join the program and receive training and guidance in building an app.
Windows 8 has been launched, with a huge monetization and discoverability opportunity for Windows 8 apps at with global reach. The world is your new marketplace.

The project call consists of a series of training sessions, coaching and app excellence certification labs to help companies and developers get their apps on Windows 8.

- The Developer Opportunity: Introducing the Windows Store
Hands-on sessions technical pre-requisites
- Familiarity writing either desktop apps, mobile applications or developing websites. Familiarity with either Javascript, C# or C++.
- Bring your own laptop: any device capable of running Windows 8 and Visual Studio Express.
If the software is not already installed, you will need a partition with ~30 GB of free space to install the bits. - Required software:
